MaxPhone is a Soft-Phone (a software application) that uses H.323 protocol to allow user to speak to another station whether this station is a PC or an IP-Phone. Each PC or IP-Phone being called must have an IP address for establishing the connection. To call an external station, outside the limits of the LAN where a station is calling, the station being called must have a static IP address.MAX Phone is especially dedicated to call center agents as it makes it easy for any PC/IP-Phone to communicate through a user friendly interface.
